This week, I feel like I could use a drink… or twelve. So in celebration of Friday, the weekend, and the love of type – we’re going “drinkable”.

Ampersand Bottle Opener // What an awesome gift for a type junkie and beer drinker! Or a hostess gift for a party!

Tiny Tea Cup // I want to wake up every morning and drink/eat out of this. Everything tastes better when it’s in ceramic.

Glass Carafe // Great colors and personalized? I hope you know whats in your cup and don’t need to put a label on it, but just incase!

Martini Glass // While this isn’t “typography” related, it’s illustration, so I’m deeming it acceptable for Type Takeover. I’ve been following this artist for some time and I was so excited to see their work at CB2 – it makes me laugh every time I see it.

Coasters // Do you use coasters? I certainly don’t, but these adorable type driven ones make me want to!

Wine Charms // If you’re hosting a party – these are key! Never again do the “is this mine?” drink dance – claim your cup!

Beer Stein // Mojitos are such a pretty drink, and this “mug” is definitely the lime on top.

Type Takeover – Watch Your Language

Last week I got an amazing email in my inbox – from Etsy (of course). Two companies that choose their words wisely – Etsy, and Modcloth. The email subject was “Watch Your Language” and was solely focused on amazing type – so here I am sharing it with you!

Type is everywhere! I want to decorate my house with all the accessories above, while wearing the amazing Carpe Diem shirt. If you aren’t on the Carpe Diem train, you should definitely watch “Dead Poets Society”, and let me know what you think!
The “Loser” banner, I can’t seem to pin point a reason why I’d give this to someone, or what kind of party (maybe someone who’s a real winner!) but I just love it!

What wedding color are you obsessing over this week? I love the tiny details that make weddings pop, the letterpress tablecards, the yellow pop of color on tables. The yellow paired with white, and neutrals really makes a statement. I just can’t get enough!
