On Monday I started on a new journey, and man I have so many feelings about it. I’m SO excited, but I’m also nervous!
A friend and I are challenging ourselves to Whole30. Thirty days of eating clean and reseting your body. I think by blogging about this experience, it’s pushing me to be responsible for what I do, and to share my results and feelings.
When I think hard about why I’m nervous – really where’s there to be nervous about? Feeling hungry? You really shouldn’t be hungry because you’re eating plenty, and you’re eating the right things. Withdraw? Failure? Well buckle up because I’m ready!
